Quick and Tasty White Fish

Are you trying to be healthier or do you maybe just feel like something different? Fish is a great option to go with your potatoes, rice, and veggies. You can’t eat chicken and steak every night so why not try it? Ok you get the point.

So I was introduced to this white fish from Costco. I think it is called Basa. It’s delicious and they come individually wrapped, which is very handy. Take out how ever many you need in the morning and place in the fridge to defrost.

Before cooking, cut them out of their wrap and place on a plate, rub a bit of olive oil on them and sprinkle with some Montreal Steak Spice. Next I make a little tin foil tray that I place them on. Place the tin foil tray with the fish on the BBQ.

Set the BBQ to about 350-450ish. I know it’s hard to keep the BBQ set at an exact setting but just do your best. Cook each side for about 7-8 minutes. Squeeze lemon on them before serving. Delicious and healthy too!

Each weekend my wife, baby and I climb into my Chevy Colorado... aka the white sheep… aka the cottage vehicle and drive up to the cottage in hopes to make it up before the sunset or in time for a quick ski or for dinner.
